Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@rayomere.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
RAYOMERE covers return shipping costs for all regular items. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. Simply package your item securely and attach the provided label.
Oversized Items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on oversized items across all categories. These include - but are not limited to - large furniture, outdoor equipment, appliances, and other bulky merchandise. Please review product dimensions and shipping details before placing your order, as return costs may vary based on weight and location.

Average return shipping cost via economy mail ranges from $100 to $500
Long-distance or freight returns may exceed $500 to $1,500+
Because shipping costs depend on distance and carrier availability, we are unable to provide an exact quote upfront. If you have any concerns or questions before initiating a purchase or return, contact us so we can help estimate your return shipping cost.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
